To the extent permitted by law, Flower Fixation accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website, or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise howsoever beyond the cost paid for those goods. 

Flower Fixation cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up, Flower Fixation will accept cancellation and provide a full refund. 

Flower Fixation may, depending on the circumstances, refund the product. We are also able to offer other solutions such as resending a different gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis in our complete discretion.
